I'm a design practitioner, UX leader and strategist with 19 years experience delivering elegant solutions for complex business and user problems. Informed by data and driven by a passion for design I have cultivated since childhood.

I believe in empowering team members to do their best work. Hire the right people and trust them to do their job. Coach them to sharpen their skills. Set goals to stretch them and level-up their skillset. Make it a safe place to fail and identify the cause when they do.

When the collaboration between UX, Product and design is a healthy one, virtually no solution is impossible. The biggest problems are solved with a deep understanding of the user needs, the business objectives and the engineering feasibility.

Simplicity beats complexity. Done is better than perfect.
